1. Scope:

Applies to all service payments made to Webspace Technologies for web/app/social media projects.

2. Client Cancellation:

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund (minus any non-recoverable costs like domains or software) will be issued.

If cancelled after work starts, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed.

3. Company Cancellation:

We may terminate a project if the client fails to provide assets or violates terms. Unused fees will be refunded after adjusting completed work.

4. Refund Timeline:

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the same payment method.

5. Chargebacks:

We cooperate with Cashfree and banks to resolve chargebacks with full documentation.
